Our 2008 Meetings
The second Tuesday of every month from 8:30 am - 10:00 am (no later):

Locations vary each month

  • November 11th SPECIAL 9AM Start Time: - Rochester Community Foundation, 500 East Avenue.
    • Space may be more limited for this meeting. We are piggy-backing on the Community Foundation meeting strictly to discuss the Community Foundation plan to promote mentoring as an option to baby boomers - with a focus on RCSD students. We should plan on six to eight attendees (which is about typical for our meetings).
  • December 9th - Big Brothers Big Sisters, 232 Plymouth Avenue S - full discussion of the Strength of Mentors event in October, and further formation of our annual planning (with thoughts toward January "Thank Your Mentor Day."

Standing Agenda:

  • 5 Minute Introductions
  • 5 Minute Overview of Host Agency or Program
  • 15 Minute Best Practices - Idea to share
  • 10 Minute Report on Recent Presentations or New Support Articles
  • At this point, some casual guests may leave meeting
  • Internal Planning - Events and Infrastructure
